I completely messed up our valet parking and hotel booking and had to wait 40 in the freezing cold for shuttle to hotel. Basically it wasn't running as the holiday inn bus stopped 3 times then our driver said the Rd was closed doe to an accident. However, on finally arriving, having lost my sense of humour, the staff were...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 27 February 2017 via mobile

Stayed 2 nights to attend a show at the NEC, really could not be more convenient, had an executive room with lounge access which was very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with the friendly staff working really hard. Check in and out was a dream. Wifi was very fast and reliable, the lounge was well stocked and comfortable.

Stayed as HHons member for 3 nights as I have done in previous years. Had an Executive Room overlooking the lake but this was not helpful as the geese started their noisy chorus from 5.30am - not good for light sleepers. The room had a good work desk with adequate 13amp wall sockets and free WiFi much faster and reliable...

Just an average hotel. Not as you would expect out of Hilton hotel. Although, personnel is great. There's pool, but it's very cold temperature outside pool. Restaurant is for 3.5 stars and caffe bar for 4 stars.

Like my previous review of Crowne Plaza Heathrow, the main feature of this hotel is its close proximity to N.E.C Birmingham, quite literally a stones throw. As a result of this I feel that a constant steady flow of never ending customers causes these hotels to rest on their laurels somewhat and average becomes acceptable. That is only my opinion...

I travel often around the UK staying at most major hotel chains. My first impression of the room was that it was smaller than usual but it was well appointed, had plenty of plug sockets in all the right places and the bed was very comfortable. Training room was large and heated to the right temperature. Good choice on the...

Stayed here for two nights in April 17 for a conference at the NEC. Had a corner room on the 4th floor which was really big and perfect to work from. Room was a little tired looking, but the space was incredible. There was a desk, chair, table and chair and a three seater sofa in the bedroom. Bathroom was...

Captive audience syndrome. Room service at £5 a tray even when ordering a £8.95 cheese plate, this is not the Ritz. Poor quality TV,snowy and not very good. Parking miles away from reception. The view over most rooms are very poor over a roof.

A lazy sunny day and my wife fancied a cheeky afternoon tea. She'd heard good things about this one, even if it is within the NEC grounds and since we've stayed here a few times for New Years Eve celebrations and had a great time, we decided to try. Firstly, we love a good afternoon tea and to be fair...
