Not a bad place for the price, usually a mid week 1 night stay when working in the Midlands. Clean, comfortable, everything you need, free wifi and the best park park right outside the door! Only issue, some odd maintenance issues not major. Stay seem disinterested and not very engaging. But I'd stay again and book often.

After reading reviews, my friends and I were worried about staying at this hotel however, it was the cheapest one that we could find and we were all on a budget. This hotel was a lot better than expected and other than the £100 per room deposit that we had to pay (that we got back when checking out), we...

Offer was good and room seemed alright at first. However the room was actually pretty disgusting. I couldnt use the remote for the tv, it was covered with white stains. The Wifi didnt work, two mornings I had to take an ice cold shower. On saturdays there's a young crowd up all night making it impossible having a decent sleep....

I honestly couldn't have had a worse experience. There was an inch-wide gap beneath the door letting the cold in, hairs on the blanket (just a sheet and a blanket rather than a quilt) so we had to use towels to keep warm in bed, and it didn't even feel safe. Horrid!

The hallways smell of pee and sick and had suspicious blotches that looked like blood and boot marks on the walls. The smell of weed and cigarettes in the room was completely overpowering it was enough to make me sick. Gross!!! Rooms need a deep clean, painted with new carpets and curtains. Overall...Totally unsatisfactory level of cleanliness. Management should be...

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Arrived 15 mins early to check in. Staff member Shereen was extremely rude. Refused to see if any rooms were ready. Asked to speak to a manager, she stated no one was available, then 5 mins later a man called subbu appeared stating he was from 'Managment'. They both refused to help me, the room was...

The hotel lobby was modern and fresh, my room traditionally decorated, was a good size and had an iron and board provided without having to ask as in some. The shower was good, the room was cleaned to a good standard and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being on a main road, I didn't hear traffic noise, or any...

Rooms were nice, let down with lukewarm water - could be warmer for a decent shower, bathroom fittings and bathroom could do with an upgrade. Breakfast wasn't definitely worth £8.50 and there wasn't croissants available at the time we went for breakfast until an hour after. The receptionist with dark hair (morning of NY day) needs to do customers service...

This is really not a great hotel. Indifferent receptionists, poor maintenance and damaged fixtures and fittings. We had a cold shower each morning (definitely woke you up). We asked for the shower hose to be replaced as it was too short and broken, only to be told it was known about and nothing had been done. It was replaced that...
