The hotel decorated my mom’s room as a treat with chocolates too...my daughter and myself were next door on a grandma weekend away treat...easy walk to everything..clean pool...no noise..1407 &1408...we will be back for sure, thank you Hyatt!!
We booked 2 rooms whilst attending the Gala Evening at the Symphony Hall.
We arrived just before 2pm and were told by the Concierge that we could check in albeit early.

This was my 2nd time at this hotel and it’s only gotten better!
The customer service was second to none and the general upkeep and maintenance was spot on.
Their lobby area is very tranquil and was very warm during the cold weather outside.
