I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights during business trip to Birmingham. Comparing to the most of other hotels in the area Hyatt is higher class hotel (reception area, style of decor, facilities), also very well staffed. The best part of the hotel is it's staff and location (close to all sightseeing, shopping, office center, convention center, symphony hall,...

I booked and paid for this through a separate booking site, but then found the hotel also charged me. Despite raising the fact to the hotel they stated this was normal process and a refund would be straight back to me.....still waiting on refund 4 days after leaving.

Nice hotel though the rooms ( mainly the bathroom) slightly dated. It's excellent location with the canals and mailbox with all the restaurants few minutes walk and the station and Birmingham's main shopping area about 10 minutes walk. Also across the road the there's the beautiful library and theatre. I think this hotel is very well located being central but...

Warm welcome and easy check in. Extortionate bar prices, however, this is city centre, so I guess that's pretty normal. Lovely room on the 19th floor, glass wall which gave stunning views over the city. Large comfortable bed, good room temperature, and a good bathroom and shower. Wifi good too Breakfast excellent. Great choices, and a wonderful waiter called Giovanni...

Clean beautiful room with stunning views over Birmingham. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The spa facilities were lovely. It was a little noisy on a Saturday night, but excellent location to explore Birmingham. Would recommend.

Mohamed and his team went above and beyond to make our visit so special. We've visited this hotel many times over the years and every time it's 5 star service. This time in particular was a special visit with our closest friends who been through an awful time. Needless to say it was just the tonic we all needed

This tall, glass tower of a hotel initially spells out corporate indifference, but I could not have been further from this assumption. The hotel is so friendly and caring that I wondered whether or not everyone had been inoculated with a happy drug! But they were all genuinely happy, from the guys outside acting as concierges, to the lovely person...

So I booked this hotel so we could chill in the pool before and after exploring the city, although when we got down to the pool (marketed as a spa) it was freezing cold. We was told this was normal as the pipes were outside. Room was lovely with a great bed. Had everything you could have needed. Valet parking...

Allocated a room on the 20th floor so terrific views of the city. Room was modern ,spacious and the bed as always in Hyatts was oh so comfortable. Staff were...
