My wife, daughter and I came up to Birmingham for the weekend to go shopping and see the Christmas market and stayed again at the Marriott.

Once again a wonderful stay at this super property.
We had a lovely room on the 5th floor which was really quiet and most comfortable.

I have inspected our facities today and they have since been deep cleaned. Clearly we gave a poor account of ourselves, and I have taken action accordingly. We can and will do better.
