I don't write this review lightly but, without exception, this really is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a twin room for myself and my dad as we were attending a family get together. On arriving I would best describe this hotel as tired. After checking in we got to our room only to find the room...

Looking at hotels a day before a massive car show at the NEC meant that many hotels within a reasonable drive were full. This one wasn't.... I think this review will explain why! Arrived during the evening to an empty reception desk. We waited for about 10 mins before another guest suggested we went through to the bar. This was...

Stayed her on a recent business trip. This was obviously once quite a smart hotel. On trying to check in we were being juggled by the one person at reception who was trying to check in the three of us, deal with a complaint and an enquiry on the phone all at the same time (more help desperately needed). My...

Well, where do I start, firstly the room. Upon opening the door we were greeted with the unmistakable smell of damp. Black mould in the bathroom, black mould around the window, cracked bath, dated damaged fixtures and fittings. We immediately went back to Paul on reception to complain about our room. His response was " I'm really surprised, this is...

The title says it all. One of the worst hotels I have ever stopped in and I only went for a night. Can not believe the state of the rooms. no air fresheners? NOPE. Clean rooms? NO. How about the service? BIG NO. Will never stop here again, absolutely disgusting. Not worth a penny.

No answer at check in for 10 mins as after 9pm the receptionist has to double up as bar staff in another part of the hotel. The check in lady was very apologetic and the room appeared to be good value. It went downhill from there. The toilet was full from previous occupant and had not been flushed and the...

Stayed one night. Full with business and contractors Dated and stained carpets. Mouldy tiles in bathroom. Clean linen and towels. Not too noisy considering where it is. Wi-Fi is intermittent. Breakfast....cereal and toast. Basic I think they offer cooked but didn't book it. Staff were friendly. Ok if not too fussy about luxury. At a push would stay again.
