Had 2 separate stays here lately, I expected nothing more than budget accommodation, and to be honest it was probably better than I expected. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and I've certainly slept in worse hotel beds!! No frills. You get what you pay for. Wifi is available in the rooms and the parking is free. Fine for a...

The room was very dated, all other rooms we could see had keycards for locks, we had a key, room was tired and dated, tv was very old and had a free view box,was not a flatscreen ,it was too small for the room. We went downstairs for a meal and a drink, we waited ages to be served, we...

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever been at, the room was dirty, everything felt sticky to the touch, it smelt of stale smoke and some sort of freshener to try to mask it, made me feel ill. No remote for the TV, I was told to use the buttons on the side. For the first time...

I didn't read the reviews before I booked to be fair, but as a previous resident of the nearby location, historically this hotel used to be good! The visit didn't start well to be honest the first room we were given the key to was already occupied, the second room thankfully wasn't, however the room felt tired and the bathroom...

When I pay £40 a night for a hotel I do not expect toiletries in the bathroom hairdryers in the rooms and all the airs and graces of a starred hotel. But I do expect basics working light bulbs flushing toilets and taps that do not leak. This hotel had none of the above. When I ordered room service the person...

My husband and myself stayed here on Saturday night, we were visiting relatives in the Midlands and it was the only hotel we could get at short notice. Read all the reviews before setting off and were very apprehensive, but actually the place was better than we expected. Lady on reception was very pleasant and the room (at the back...

I don't write this review lightly but, without exception, this really is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a twin room for myself and my dad as we were attending a family get together. On arriving I would best describe this hotel as tired. After checking in we got to our room only to find the room...

Looking at hotels a day before a massive car show at the NEC meant that many hotels within a reasonable drive were full. This one wasn't.... I think this review will explain why! Arrived during the evening to an empty reception desk. We waited for about 10 mins before another guest suggested we went through to the bar. This was...
