Stayed here from Thursday through to Monday and I had no problem. The room was good, very spacious and had almost everything I needed. Hot chocolate sachets would have been great. Another annoying thing and this is in more than 1 premier Inn hotel, the "free" WiFi is deliberately setup to be as slow as possible. We're talking 30 seconds...

Stayed here for one night for the 20/20 cricket finals day. Hotel is literally a 3 minute walk up the road from New Road station. We arrived early and managed to leave our suitcase in a hold and then only returned after 10pm to check in. Room (318) was a good size and clean as you would expect from your...

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and upon arrival we were put off! The lady checking us in was rude and kept us waiting half an hour until we eventually checked ourself in on the machine! Member of Bar staff walked away mid transaction! However Room was excellent and other member of staff were fabulous!

Can't fault it! Lovely welcome from Matt, who couldn't have been more helpful. Perfectly sited for my work at the children's hospital. Easy walking distance to all amenities. Had room 420 - lovely a large corner room😊 Parked in Snow hill car park £11.40 for overnight, again in easy walking distance by the Cathedral Will definitely be staying again and...

We got a great deal on a family room with breakfast. The room was clean and a good family room for 2 teenagers, 1 adult. Staff were efficient and friendly. The Italian place next door served really tasty food in the evening. The car parking wasn't an issue as we knew in advance we would need to book elsewhere, as...

Cons: Lots of construction work being done just outside Painting of the walls (magnolia emulsion) being done at reception when we arrived Homeless people sleeping on the floor directly outside the hotel The corner at the bottom of the ramp there is quite busy and suspicious at times, could feel threatening Couldn't check into our room until after check-in time....

Well where do I start. The staff can be described as nothing short of wonderful. I stayed here for a week and a half for work and was not looking forward to being away from my home and husband for such a long time. Eating alone etc. Little did I know that I would not feel uncomfortable whatsoever, the way...

Really enjoyed sight seeing in Birmingham and also enjoyed staying at the Premier Inn. Rooms were clean the staff were polite and friendly and I would recommend. There was a lot to choose from for the breakfast and it was really nice. Looking forward to my next visit

Excellent friendly staff at check in, sadly car park a bit of a nightmare, bit of a walk with cases as they suggested the town hall carpark which initially we couldn't find, but rang for a postcode, loads of roadworks, closed walkways and barriers up almost everywhere in the area which made finding everywhere a bit more difficult, i have...
