Whilst booking our one night stay I noticed that the prices for rooms at the recently opened Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Birmingham Airport fluctuate quite wildly in price depending on the date of stay. The weekend we were planning to stay ended up at the cheaper end of the scale

As a diamond member we have stayed at numerous and various Hilton brands and this one could be better with more attentive staff. Lovely new hotel near the terminal but a wet walk there in the rain as the undercover walkway is on the opposite side with no crossing to it. As expect

I would like to thank you for your kind comments following your recent meal. I appreciate that you say that the agent did not pass on your details but I am sorry that we were not ready for you and it seems that we may have rushed in giving a copy of the menu rather than our normally well produced menu's. I have passed on your kind comments to Chef, I know that he appreciates the feedback. Thank you again Jonathan Smith General Manager

How long does it take to walk to NEC (specifically halls 6-8 if anyone knows)? Is it a sheltered walk?
The walk to Halls 6-8 will take about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated directly opposite the passenger terminal at Birmingham airport. Once inside the airport the walk is completely covered and step free if needed. There is a monorail service between the Airport and the Birmingham International Rail Station/ NEC. This runs every 3-4 minutes.

Hi 'Phil', just wondering about your stay at the Hilton in Birmingham? I've been there all week and had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Probably you will find the staff more attentive if you don't go waving your membership card about and expecting the world, the staff will treat you more like a human, than an inhumane, up the a**, stereotypical 'I am owed the world because I have a privilege card' human. Sh!t, I've got a Tesco's card but don't expect the red carpet every time I rock up for a 3quid meal deal.....
Firstly I’m not Phil and secondly you are very sad!

Do you have facilities to print out boarding cards at the hotel ?
Can you walk to Resorts World from the hotel ? Thanks
Thank you for contacting us. It is possible to walk to Resorts World from the hotel. We are situated immediately outside of the passenger terminal at Birmingham Airport. From the airport there is a complimentary monorail service to the NEC/ Birmingham International train station. From there it is a 5 minute walk to Resorts World. It will take approximately 15 minutes and can be step free if needed.

We need to park our car while we are away for a week. Which is the nearest one to the Hilton Garden Inn please.
Hi, sorry for the delay in getting a response to you. The closest car park is NCP Car Park number 1 which is located immediately next door to the hotel. Regards Jonathan Smith General Manager
