I don't really know how you could complain about this place, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious and bright. The hotel is near to the jewellery quarter and to top it off you get breakfast all for a cheap price.

Truly horrible place to stay. Horrible rooms. Poor service. Avoid at all cost. Our shower drain was blocked and the water kept cutting out. One of our towels had a stain. The reception staff member was very rude. The kitchen was filthy.
I've been to a lot of hostels before but this one is probably the worst one I've ever stayed at. I slept in an eight-bed dorm and we only had one bathroom which was super dirty. It had mould all over it - absolutely disgusting!...More
