Where to start. Code to get in didn't work. Three guesses later by the guy on the end of the emergency phone number eventually got us in. Then, well it's just not very nice. I'd like to say something positive, but I can't think of anything. Seems like it's just for people going out on the town and coming back...

Stayed over night, in a bright airy apartment. Great bed, TV, WiFi and ideal kitchen if needed. Check in was simple and works well...... Super location, but a little noise from bar across the road, but it is still worth a visit. Had an issue with tap dripping and unable to turn off, simple phone call and positive response

we stayed in birmingham for 4 nights and chose an apartment for a bit more space. We chose the smaller of the rooms and it was fine for us. Great location, easy access from train station, bit of a walk from the bus station - not impossible .. just tedious with suitcases. Easy to get to shops, supermarket, museum etc...

I just needed a bed for the night for a function at the Town Hall, and this was much cheaper than the local hotels. My apartment had a balcony and was very well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven so would have been ideal for longer stays. It was looking a bit tired in places and the hot...

Spent 9 days in one of the serviced apartments, they are excellently located, close to grocery and general shops, very well maintained and very clean. Fitted out with a handy clothes washing machine and kitchen. Highly recommended to anyone that loves their own private space.

Firstly on our booking we requested early check in , due to arriving in Birmingham at midday. We never heard anything back and we arrived and the keys were not in the safe, understandably early check in is not always available but would of been nice to have known. We spent the next few hours with cases in the centre...

First the pluses. Spacious apartment with a balcony. Second floor. Bit worn but comfortable and a great location. Balcony too and the roof terrace superb. Kitchen spotless. Easy check in and the building secure. Now the negative. Bathroom not good. Hair on the floor. Dirt on the floor and around the shower. Not a good bathroom. Everything else for the...

My wife and I were woken early in the morning (around 7am) by the sound of someone at the door of our apartment. I got up to find a workman wandering around the apartment. He was very apologetic and had been told it was empty. This was particularly alarming as my daughter was alone in the apartment next door and...

I have had my review removed for some reason ! So I'm re posting. The apartment I was given to stay in was no where near the standard of the one advertised. There was mold around the windows , it was sparsely furnished - no bedside lights etx and I could feel the mattress springs when I sat in the...
