For a change this year we decided not to host Christmas for the rest of the family, but go away - due to work commitments (hubby working Christmas Eve) we decided to stay local(ish) and after trying to find a reasonably priced hotel, stumbled onto these apartments through one of the booking websites. Well, to say that the apartment was...

I had requested an early check in; was told that check in was 3 pm but they would try. Arrived around 1 but was told no rooms available, so left my bags and got a call at 2:30 that the room was ready. Can't really complain - they promised 3 and they gave it by that time. The fact that...

We've just spent two nights in a Maxi apartment with our 18 month old. You couldn't wish for a better location - the apartments are literally right in the heart of Birmingham but, since they're on a very high floor, perfectly peaceful. We'd been a bit concerned about staying somewhere so stylish with our little one (!), but were really...

We stayed at the Rotunda for 10 days recently while in Birmingham on business. The property is very handy to shopping, restaurants and trains. While the rooms are not expansive they are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Of special note the staff are very helpful and nothing was a problem. Recommend this property.

Stayed here with my daughter to attend a gig at the Genting arena. Hotel is within easy walking distance of New Street station and by the Bull statue in the Bullring. I booked two rooms, which may have been extravagant but my daughter appreciated her own space and the bed, although a double, is against the wall. We stayed in...

I enjoyed our stay here.. we had the penthouse.. I think this used to be a 5star hotel but now 4star.. I would agree at 4star.. it's very nice but hasn't the wow factor for me.. the views are great tho.. it's a modern hotel with some lovey little touches like the oranges & cake we also got a bottle...

We stayed in a penthouse for New Year's Eve and it was an amazing experience seeing the fireworks across the Birmingham skyline at midnight. This was our second stay and I felt it was even better than the first time round. The reception staff seemed much more friendly on this visit and receiving a glass of prosecco was a lovely...

I booked on the spur of the moment. I good price and excellent location. I'm really pleased I did as being in the 19th floor it was a spectacular view. Great staff. The mini apartment was very nice too. I liked having an ironing board and iron readily available as well as a hairdryer. Of course all the kitchen amenities...
