First of all I had to use my imagination to find the car park which is down a tiny side road and round the back and then I wasn't sure if I was in the correct place as there were no signs from the car park to the 'hotel' entrance. I tapped on a window and a man signed for... More

The car park is quite hard to find as you don't turn down a road, you turn into an alley! Very beautiful building and room, could not fault that! Only issue was that at breakfast, the menu offers scrambled or fried egg, we asked for scrambled but the lady said she was too busy. She seemed nice but wasn't too... More

This is a great stay. Family run; spotlessly clean; free WiFi, tho not good in my room; large TV in the room; good full English breakfast; safe parking; close enough to the town centre and amenities, including good eateries. Reasonable price. Recommend it.

Stayed here in a twin room for 5 nights, whilst attending 2016 Formula 1 at Silverstone. Clean, friendly and pretty central for what we needed. No complaints at all, everything was fine for us. Lovely friendly family run business who couldn't be more accommodating.

Don't stay here if you are fussy. Their is nothing wrong with it, it's just a little old fashion, but theirs nothing wrong with that. They are very welcoming and as mentioned by others you can make good use of their car park for free. The room was fine, we were lucky enough to have had the room with the... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The location was fantastic; we were able to walk through St Nicholas Park into town and also walk easily to the canal to then walk to Leamington Spa. Mrs Bruna has a charming sense of humour and she gave us great recommendations for things to do... More

We stayed for 4 nights and had an excellent stay. We had a minor problem with our room but this was resolved very rapidly. Breakfast was very good and Bruna supplied our specific requests eg Soya Milk. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom newly installed and functioning well. There was adequate off street parking available for all the guests.... More
