As said by many the hotel is a little tired. We stayed in room 1 the bedroom had new carpet and looked like it had recently been painted. What let it down was the shower room, the lino was badly marked and the shower could do with replacing. The staff were lovely and very amenable to us moving the tables together... More

You really get what you pay for here. Access is through the Pub and the stairway is small with tired carpet. The room was also very tired but clean enough. The bed was quite hard. All in all it was not the worst in the world and you get what you pay for as the room was pretty cheap. Next... More

Stayed here earlier in the month with my wife and 5 year old daughter. The staff were really friendly and the room was basic but clean and adequate for what we needed. It was very close to Warwick Castle which was the main reason for staying. Free parking was a bonus. Would definately recommend. Didn't eat here so can't comment... More

Just on the edge of the town approximately 15 mins. walk to Warwick railway station. There is a small, secure on site car park. The character of the building is in keeping with it's age and therefore the staircase is a little twisted. and creaky That said room No 3 had a large window overlooking the main road. It was... Stayed in room 9. Staff are lovely and helpful. Pub is clean and food is good. Bed was very comfortable, however I do not feel safe in room as it looked like door was not shut, huge gap at bottom of door. Floorboards were uneven and I did stumble once or twice. Apart from this not a bad place, just... More

stayed here this week, well as previously stated, its a cheap hotel/bandb, but must disagree 74.50 per night b and b is not that cheap, many use the quote the place is tired, I think this place is exhausted and totally worn out/scruffy and in need of spending a fair bit of money to bring into the 21st century, fag... All in all it was very pleasant. Rooms are fine, nothing fancy but with character. The Inn itself is full of character, beautiful furniture, cozy fireplace all very well setup. People were nice, breakfast was also very nice. My only advice is, drink wine or beer from bottle, their tap beer taste a bit like a rust. Dinner was also... More

One of the major advantages of the Kings Head is that it has parking onsite - very unusual in Central Warwick. The room I stayed in was a bit tired and also a bit cold, the en suite shower room was colder as it had no heating. Staff were pleasant and the cooked breakfast was excellent. The stair carpets have... More

We stayed here for one night only. We had room 4 and it was spacious and had a really historical feel to it. The pub is over 400 years old and we appreciated the building for its quirkiness and age. The four poster bed was a good touch but the mattress was in desperate need of changing as it was... More
