Lovely cosy hotel ran by a lovely couple it’s clean close to the centre and I highly recommend it. The lady I dealt with Maria was very flexible allowing me to park my car at the property after check out. A really nice experience. The attention to detail was good also.

Spent a lovely 2 nights staying here in October. Fantastic location, just a short walk away from the main town, across the river. Ideal as nice and quiet. Off-road parking was very welcome. as we didn't need to use our car at all during our stay. The room was great, with a lovely big bed, and the bathroom really clean. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the food really set us up for the day. One tip: if you are going to walk to town using the short cut, via the pub car park and path, rather than along the road, take a torch as it is dark going up and down the steps from the pub car park. Their lights were not working when we went that way.

4 of us were here for a weekend at the end of October. Everything was fantastic, but to be more specific: rooms were clean, beautiful, and spacious with lovely views of the back garden;location is ideal for all things to do in Stratford-upon-Avon and environs; breakfast was exactly to order, customized for each person, piping hot, and delicious; most importantly, Martin and his team were extremely friendly, helpful, and present. I have stayed in stratford several times and this was by far the best for price, service, location, and comfort. And parking! Highly recommend.

My friend and I stayed the night at this wonderful guest house and we would most definitely stay again. We had a very friendly welcome, everything was made clear to us about pre ordering breakfast (great idea too) to where to go locally and a map of the town, which was a really short walk. We were shown to our room which was outstanding! It was such a good size, tastefully decorated and furnished and had a nice view of the pretty garden. The en suite looks brand new, really modern and nicely done. This and the bedroom were immaculately clean and tidy. The room is well stocked with plenty of tea and coffee etc, there is even a fridge in which you can store fresh milk which you can help yourself to from the dining room fridge. Such a great touch as most people really don't like uht! The room has everything need besides a kettle and hairdryer, there are plenty of mirrors and hanging space too plus a basket of toiletries in the bathroom too. The information guide was great for us tourists too. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked, plenty of choice and you could tell that quality ingredients are used. We were only able to stay one night but planning to come back next year for a long weekend and will be definitely be booking Avonpark. Would recommend highly and thank you for making us so welcome.
