Lovely guest house, very friendly welcome. The room was a good size, clean and had everything you would need. Tea and coffee provided with fresh milk. Smart TV. Hairdryer. Brand new bathroom suite. Very clean throughout. Very good value for money with full english breakfast included. Highly recommend.

Close to the town and it's attractions places this guest house in an ideal spot. We stayed in a ground floor room which was equipped with a kitchenette including a washing machine for your laundry. The room was clean and tidy and the staff very friendly. The ground floor rooms are annexed via a private entryway and provide complete security....

Clean and tidy, friendly owners, perfect location! Basic room but very clean and tidy. 5 minute walk from train station, 2 minute walk from centre perfect for my stay! Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have time to try but looked delicious- continental style which I prefer :)

Simple and basic, but clean and comfortable. Superbly located between the train station (walking distance) and the town (also walking distance). Plenty to see and do in town. Makes strong claims about being smoke free, but anyone can just walk out front and smoke in the street.

It was a great location for our one night in Stratford Upon Avon. A good size comfortable room. It had all we needed for our stay. It also had draws if you wanted to unpack and use as a base for another stay. We were able to park really close by and the walk to town (the walking zone) an...

The Arden Park Guest House was a great place to stay. The location was within walking distance of the main attractions in the town and a short drive to the attractions outside of it. We had a garden room which was lovely - quiet and private. Parking was very close – just a couple of minutes’ walk down the road...

Lovely little guest house, staff so friendly & helpful. We stayed on the top floor which is fine for us but if you have mobility problems it may be an issue. Room was lovely with a little bathroom but very clean & did what we needed it to. Bed was super comfy & it was a warm day which I...

Comfortable stay for one night at Stratford Upon Avon. Booked 2 rooms for my family. One room was too tiny and old and had to climb many stairs. The family room was large and spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast was rushed but good. Free parking was provided for 24 hours. So we could check out and still use the...

I stayed in Arden Guest House for just one night. The room was tiny, just under the roof, but offered everything I expected. The landlord, Mark, was very helpful and available whenever needed. The breakfast was great. So for short stays, I would come back.

This was good value for a theatre weekend. We received a friendly greeting and were shown to our room. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The bathroom likewise. Continental breakfast was on offer but we did not partake.
