I stayed here a few years ago with the wife and went for the return trip last weekend. The grounds are nice for pleasant walks. The staff really do show an interest in what you would like to do. The manor house itself was just as I remembered it back in the day and was most agreeable. The dining areas...

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and is very quiet We had a great deal, 3 course dinner, bed and breakfast plus bottle of wine for £129. Great offer and dinner was beautiful. The restaurant is lovely, and love to bar! Nice relaxing evening. Our...

We booked a break here through secret escapes and what a fantastic place. We did a one night, Sunday arrive and leave on Monday. We arrived at 3.00pm and we were in the converted barn, the room was warm and comfortable, a bottle of Prosecco and wine was waiting for us. We went to the spar and my wife head...

We were treated to a weekend here thanks to my parents as a Christmas present. Before this weekend had arrived, we had heard some negative reviews from other people that had visited. When we arrived we had open minds... and I'm so glad we did. The building and its surroundings are so beautiful, when we arrived we were welcomed and...

I had been looking forward to visiting this hotel for quite sometime and my views overall are very positive. It took a while to actually get my reservation sorted at reception- I had booked two nights- one night through Secret Escapes- a luxury room with wine, dinner and breakfast and a more basic package with Booking.com. Although they had my...

Stayed here for a wedding in December, which was beautiful, food and service was good and the grounds of this hotel are amazing. Our room was very spacious but smelt of damp. Pool looked nice, a lot of our party used it although we didn't. Enjoyed my stay here

Stunning grounds with a superb manicured garden. Very impressive building with original features. Definitely worth checking out the redundant church on the grounds, makes for an interesting twist to the location. Disappointed that our room, along with most of the rooms, was not in the main building. Stayed in room 56 which is a very small room overlooking the car...
