Great hotel short walk from the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Room was clean and had everything you could want, great king size bed, iron and ironing board, smart tv kettle with tea and coffee provided. Shame no biscuits on the tea tray. Bedroom nice size, but struggled to get cold water out of sink tap, and bath towels, although nice white and soft, were on the small size of the spectrum. Nice tasty breakfast , with a really friendly but overworked waitress. She appeared to be the only one working in the breakfast room, and the wait for the breakfast buffet items being replaced was almost unacceptable, especially as as soon as they were refilled they were emptied.

Stylish decor împressive entrance and warm Welcome at reception . The king room was huge with large bed and single bed . The bathroom had a shower and bath and the rooms had hairdryer tea and coffee facilités . There is a desk to work from and dining table with two chairs . The room aas spotless and the beds were super comfortable. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open for evening meals . There is paid Parking £9 per day . I think it should be included . There isn’t a lift so if you have mobility problems this isn’t the place for you . They serve a hearty English breakfast in the conservatory . There is a outdoor terrace . The bar offer happy hour 9 to 11pm.

Response from Stephanie Sorum, General Manager at Grosvenor Hotel
Responded 2 weeks ago
Dear lisamJ2565HM, Thank you for your recent stay with us here at Grosvenor Hotel and for taking the time to review your experience. I am delighted to read your feedback and learn that you found our rooms spacious, spotless and our beds comfortable. As you mention, we are currently working hard behind the scenes to get our dinner service up and running, however, in the meantime we do have a full breakfast offering and our friendly team are always on hand to assist with dinner recommendations or reservations in town. As a Grade II listed building, sadly we do not have a lift in the hotel to take you to the first floor. We would recommend to reach out to us prior to your next stay and we will be more than happy to allocate you to one of our quiet ground floor bedrooms. Again, thank you for taking the time to review your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Warm Regards, Stephanie Sorum General Manager
