We stayed a single night at the Queen's Head while we caught up with some old friends in Stratford. There was some confusion about the booking - we booked the night before with Laterooms and it slipped through the cracks, but luckily the room wasn't taken and things went ahead without any problems. I would suggest calling instead to put...

Our en suite room was small but VERY clean, comfortable, and a great value. The location was ideal in central Stratford. All of the restaurants, shops, theaters, and Shakespeare properties were within walking distance. Because the accommodation is not a hotel but pub with rooms, there was no service when the pub was closed. But we had a number to call...

We had a large, comfortable room in this historic building . That does mean awkward stairs and an uneven floor but we coped despite mobility problems so most people should manage. The welcome was warm and relaxed. Breakfast was large, good quality and served whenever you wanted (though extra to the price). The Queen's Head is a short walk from...

I went here just a few weeks ago and ordered a steak baguette, for a cost of £6.50. However, when it arrived, the steak was cremated and tough as old boots and trhe bread tasted stale!! I pointed this out to the somewhat quirky waiter, but nothing was done aboiut it!! Overall very poor and not very clean at all!!

Ideal location for the Theatre and central for shopping too. Very friendly family atmosphere and small but adequate downstairs bedroom gave easy access for mobility problems. Car parking very close by, helped enormously.

We stayed for the weekend as a birthday treat weekend and also a reunion. Car parking is in a multi-storey but there is a back entrance to the pub so it's about 100yds. Carol and Geoff very friendly, pub is lively, breakfast massive, ideally located for town centre, theatre and other places if interest, would definitely stay again

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Stratford. Ace pub with good beers. Central location so walking to anywhere in the town is easily done. You get a great car parking deal which means we paid less than £10 to park for 1.5 days! Geoff (Jeff?) and his wife could not be more helpful and the full English breakfast is...

Comfortable bed, only real positive!,,noise from below on Saturday evening ,just to much ,but at least they stopped at midnight ,(I recognise it's a pub and has music but they needed to advise, sleeping guests,as to just how loud it would be ) when you add the cost of Paying for parking and Breakfast ,there are far better options, available. It's old and...
