Like a hostel, streets and car park to the property full of drug users and alcoholics. Seems that some of the other guests could fit into this category. Couldn’t sleep as doors was slamming all throughout the night with nocturnal guests in and out of their rooms, druggies outside causing noise all night also. Was very dirty, badly stained and sticky carpets, shower door hanging off, mouldy shower unit, tv only worked on one Chanel, looked like someone had boiled mud in the kettle, when I complained was told they couldn’t give me another one, said they was all dirty and blamed it on the fact they where closed for a few weeks because of covid. The list just goes on, I’ve got nothing good to say about this place except it is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. I’d never stay again.

Do not stay at these apartments! Absolutely shocking. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. Shocking service informed them at the time of the shower being boiling hot and not able to use nothing was done about it. One of the rooms that we booked was not ready on time had to wait another hour. The staff that work there are really rude and useless and to top it off my friend paid a deposit when we got there and still has not got it back over a month down the line. AVOID THIS PLACE

Booked several rooms with this unprofessional company(if you can call it that). The reception staff was rude when we informed him of a defect with the room when we arrived. There wasn’t even enough towels in the room for each person and the shower was boiling hot with no functioning temperature control. Once leaving and waiting several weeks our security deposit has still not been returned even after several phone calls and emails of them ‘promising’ it will be in our account by the end of the day. It got to the point where the mobile number which we made the booking with they wouldn’t answer to that number but would answer to a different number we rang them on. Clearly knowing what they are doing! No valid reason has been provided why the deposit has not been returned just lots of broken promises of it going into the account that day. You only have to see other reviews with the exact same problem. This place must be ran by a bunch of ‘cowboys’ 100% do not stay here and it’s not even worthy of a 1 star review.
