The cold water pressure was non exitent meaning that the shower would not stay on without being scalding. My basic requirements for a hotel are a bed and a shower. Sadly this place only offers one of those. Won't stay here again.

Second time we have stayed here, this time for a family wedding. Our room was on the quiet side of the building so we had no traffic noise. The room was simple but had everything we needed. Will definitely use this Travelodge again.

it's a £10 taxi set rate into newcastle. it's cheaper to do that then pay for a taxi to the metro station and then metro fare
