Visited starbucks today at the village, Newcastle and I would like to say the service received from Rob was excellent. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Thanks Rob for making it special and personal and writing my daughters name on the cup along with your excellent recommendation. Nice to see someone with excellent customer service skills and happy in their job.

Do not book with these people!. Rude, arrogant and refused a refund for 3 nights!. Didnt even try to work with me. Even charged me for the breakfast I didn't have. Stay clear of these thief's. I regularly used to use the chain as I stay away 4 nights a week but they have lost my custom. The manager there is a very unreasonable women, if you have any issues dont bother asking her you won't get anywhere and will leave less satisfied.

I visited this place for the gym and pool, the facilities are amazing and I was going to get a membership until I encountered multiple rude staff members. This being said I also encountered very polite and nice staff members. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after visiting this place and I will NOT be back, I will not go into detail about what happened because it is disgusting customer service and I was left shocked, another staff member was watching what was going on and did not care to step in and correct his colleague on his mannerisms and conduct. I will not be back I was left feeling out of place and unwanted in this place.

Being part of the 6 week challenge has been a great motivator especially due to lockdown 2.0. Amanda has kept the team challenge upbeat along with the support from everyone in the group. Andrew and all the other trainers have also been great in setting the challenges and giving alternatives to allow all fitness levels to join in. Thank you all so much for keeping me going!
