I have never staying in a hotel that is as immaculate at this one. not a spec of dust to be found. The rooms are light, bright and very comfortable. The staff are polite, helpful. I really do not have anything negative to say about this hotel. Keep up the the good work and will look forward to my next stay!

Just back from a short visit to see my daughter who has just started at university and has taken a flat in Jesmond. I chose this hotel because it was close to her flat and can honestly say it was excellent and i am looking forward to visiting again. The hotel was clean and welcoming and very good value. Because of covid breakfast was a delivered as room service - it worked for me. It is well positioned with a bus stop outside and a metro station up the road. Thank you Sharon and the evening receptionists for your warm welcome and look forward to seeing you again.
