Stayed here for my Stag Night. Would not recommend for anything other than this kind of stay. It was great for us next to local pubs and not far to stagger back from the Osborne Road bars . Only downside was there was no bar or no breakfast in the morning, but as i said ideally placed in Osborne Road,...

The two rooms that we booked were clean and had everything in them we needed for a comfortable night stay, the staff friendly and helpful and a very enjoyable breakfast. Only let down was the drunk prat knocking on all the doors at 2.30am but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Very friendly hotel in good location and reasonably priced. We stayed for a week and found room very small with minimal storage. There were no hooks anywhere in room or bathroom so although there was a very very small cupboard we had to keep most of our clothes and jackets in our car to maximise space. Room was clean enough...

Stayed here for 1 night whilst in the city for an event at the arena. We were in room 35. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Tea and coffee in the room, tv in the room. Nice friendly staff. Taxi into town was about £4. Overall it was a pleasant stay,...

Stayed here for a Hen Night. Would not recommend for anything other than this kind of stay. It was great for us next to shops and pubs but not nearly good enough if I was staying longer! I could moan about the customer service and the room bit to be honest for what it gets used for, what do you...

Had a wedding party in Newcastle and stayed here over for 3 nights, the hotel was not fancy but ok. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Pubs and shops where on walking distance. The staff was super, especially Angie, had a great laugh haha.

Prospective visitors should note that this is really a Persian restaurant with a few rooms attached. Reception staff were reasonably helpful, room was very tired and low standard - soft, thin mattress, poor shower, knackered tv and remote. Just reeked of lack of care and investment. The Contintental Breakfast was awful - cheap processed bread toast, poor coffee and not...

Walked into the room to find half painted walls then went to make a cuppa to find you only get one cup of tea each, later that night put the TV on to find that all the letters have been rubbed off the remote so didn't know what any of the buttons did and got very angry with the controller...

Incredibily rude receptionist - trying to charge me for drinks that I had paid for by card in the bar. Was told the evening before by the lady behind the bar in the attached restaurant that I could not put drinks on my room bill because they were "separate" which I found incredibly strange!. So I paid by my debit...
