      Good location good room and good breakfast . The room was comfortable and had tea n coffee facilities.we had a view of Tyne bridge and the hotel was quiet when we arrived after a night out . I would recommend this place

      Whilst staying at this hotel I can say the staff were efficient , polite , and very professional . The staff made my stay very complete and went to every measure to help . Even the manager (Dean) loaned myself his personal trouser belt ......More

      Staff are mostly friendly
