We picked this hotel because it was near the center for shopping but far away so you wouldn't here the party animals. The staff were great, they saved me money on parking and money on drinks at the bar. Everything I asked they help me with and more. The room was small but you only clean yourself and sleep there...

Nice hotel and clean as well. If you are a group of young people then this is the place to go, it is a 5-10 minute walk to all the busy nightclubs. Really enjoyed my stay! The only downfall was the restaurant, it wasn't the best so I would recommend going somewhere out in Newcastle. (Cheeky Nando's ;-) haha)

Having stayed here many previous times, it was nice to find the lift interiors have had a full make over. Just a pity only 1 of the 2 was working during my 2 night stay. Great price of £29 per night. Also very impressed after what had clearly been a very busy Saturday night for them, I was able to...

We like Premier Inns. They are comfortable, well priced and the food is good. We didn't read the reviews before we booked and were slightly concerned when we read some reviews about the rooms. There was no need to worry. The room was great and the staff and welcome just right.

We just stayed the one night. Room was clean with plenty of room. Bed super large bed that I must admit I did flop onto like Lenny Henry. Location Is perfect for walking into town. 5 mins to the shops, 5 mins to City Hall, its very central. Second visit to New Castle at Christmas time & I do enjoy...

Stayed at the hotel from 23/11/15 until 26/11/15 for a mid week break. Found its location very handy to city centre, a 5 min walk from the Monument Metro Station and plenty of access to nearby bus connections. Our room was on the 6th floor which overlooked a building site but it was not an issue with views or noise....

My sons room was entered and his 21st birthday present stolen. No matter which hotel you stay in your property should be safe. This had ruined what should have been a special time. Be aware of this hotel, not the first time based on other reviews.

The positives are the staff are lovely and welcoming. However, this hotel is knackered. I stayed here on business travel and it's awful! Not many hotels I stay at have a doorman. I recently backpacked Thailand and would say I've had better hotels for £6 a night ! It's a proper party hotel if your on a hen/ stag or...
