About 200 metres from the Monument Metro station so only a 3 minute walk. Very close to all amenities, shops and bars etc. Security on at night so made you fell pretty safe when returning from a night out. All staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The bar was pleasant for starting and finishing the night.

On arrival a lovely friendly greeting from lady on reception. A busy day in gorgeous Newcastle. Late return to find we couldn't work the shower. A very quick response from Alan (I think he may be the manager). Courteous and professional to the extreme. Apologised for the problem and quickly relocated us to a room across the corridor. Couldn't have...

The hotel needs total renovation. I have a premier in customer for over 10 years and this is the first time I am not satisfy with my stay at premier Inn. I have stayed in this particular Premier Inn in 2007 and it was perfect. Now please go and refurbish this hotel.

Loved our stay, its close to everything aswell. Taxis cost us between £2.50-£6 and we went to the gate everynight. Places were cheap for drink and we didnt pay anything rediculous. Its close to everything but also far enough so you dont hear the nightlife. All the staff at the premier inn were brillisnt, gave us information on where was...

Next to the Laing gallery and close to Fenwicks, John Lewis, M&S and Byrons. Hotel is rather jaded though. Transport system is vey good so plenty of buses to get you up and down to the river and Baltic Gallery. Beds in the hotel were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Generally clean and tidy. Do not get the nachos from the bar menu. Breakfast was good. Room generally needs some tlc. Corridor outside rooms smelled bad, some sort of damp mouldy stench, our bedroom door had been forced at some point and door casing was split. Staff friendly and helpful.
