Hotel is fairly close to all the amenities in Newcastle City Centre and is within 10 minutes walking distance to the City Hall where I was attending a concert that night. Just like to say it is very easy when driving, to miss the very narrow turn left entrance to access the hotel after leaving the roundabout which means you...

Good value for money ideally situated for Newcastle city centre hotel. Pleasant helpful reception staff. Most comfortable beds ever so big they take up most of the room. Just beware of the restrictions in the adjacent car park.

Stayed here for work. Just one night during the week. Staff were lovely as I've found all Geordie's to be. The hotel itself is a little tired and when going for dinner in the evening I spotted a newer Premier Inn in the City which I think I'll book next time.

I recently stayed at the above hotel and was very disappointed. Having stayed in Premier Inn before my expectations where high. This particular hotel was very dated and run down. We booked rooms on a family basis and my 2 daughters were on a completely different floor to us and their room was awful. The only plug socket useable was...

Stayed here on a weekend away. Hotel was lovely and so were the staff, the bar was nice and the breakfast excellent value with discounted parking nearby. Unfortunately we were rudely awakened by a short very drunk angry man from a stag party who was attempting to kick his way into his room whilst ranting about "the office" and "taxi...

We have stayed in this Premier Inn now and the value and location are excellent. The rooms are standard and the bed very comfortable. Having tea making facilities is great. We were very lucky on this occasion as it was very quiet even on a Friday night when the crowds hit town!

Good location as central, just a 5 minute walk to shops and bars in centre and 10/15 minute walk to quayside. Staff were helpful and the stay pleasant. Rooms were very small but only in them to sleep so was manageable.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are basic but very comfortable had a great nights sleep both nights. Only problem I found was at breakfast time where the service was very poor. But don't let that put you off there is always plenty of options for breakfast within 5 minutes from hotel. I tried again Sunday morning for breakfast again and...

The shower didn't work, the room was beyond freezing. Besides that I have no complaints. Very friendly staff, quiet location, good breakfast, very tidy and super cosy! The beds were amazing, it was like sleeping on a cloud!
