Close enough to the city without being in the centre, city access is a short taxi journey or on a sunny day a walk along the quayside. My room was alongside a busy road so was noises at times, the hotel was clean and tidy and met the needs to sleep in. It has what looks like a lovely restaurant but unfortunately we could not try this due to the pandemic, if you do not know the area or take food with you it could be difficult to find something to eat at this difficult time. The hotel lift did not work so just as well myself and partner could manage the stairs with our bags. Limited car parking and has an additional charge unlike some other premier inns, I have used other premier inn in the Newcastle area that would likely to be my preference to the millennium bridge in the future

I stayed here for a night this week. Good location down on the quayside and only a 15 minute walk into town. Plenty of parking but £5 charge overnight. Friendly staff and they had me checked in straight away. Room was clean and tidy and quiet during the night. Looking forward to visiting again when the bar and restaurant are open.

Stayed one night due to work commitments. Slight delay at check in, due to being only one member of staff present and that the hotel was extremely busy, with construction and utilities workers staying. As usual staff friendly and professional, room was clean and comfortable. During lockdown, Premier Inn are providing a cost effective and professional service, would recommend.

We cannot thank the staff here enough for all their kindness over the past few months, we have been back and forth several times as a member of our family was terminally ill, all staff where pleasant, friendly and professional especially Anthony, Matthew and Angela we didn't get the others names but all were lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean we cannot comment on restaurant and meals as they were closed due to covid restrictions but we would recommend here as its close to the city centre and the quay
