Hotel was clean staff were helpful and friendly and it was a perfect base for all the pubs and restaurants in Newcastle. The breakfast was very good and value for money it has a nice bar area too. The late checkout is helpful as you don't need to rush about it was very relaxing.

Took the opportunity to stay in Newcastle for the night. Price of the room was more then reasonable. Upon arrival staff were more then helpful, in booking us in. Room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. In the morning had the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a premier inn.

How far is this from Gateshead international stadium ?
About 40 minute walk; including the uphill walk on the other side of the river. Get an Uber or use Blueline taxis and it will be £6-7 . Walk back if you don't mind the back of beyond scrub land
