      Excellent hotel

      Hotel is 15 minutes walk from city centre. The room & bathroom was immaculate & clean. Excellent room rates & the staff on the reception were friendly & efficient.. Also a bonus with safe & cheap car parking.

      We had two awful nights sleep due to the heat in the hotel room, the staff could do nothing about it but remove the battery from the heating control and provide some sheets and ice-water for the fan. Hotel location was excellent but hard to...More

      clean but temperature out of control

      Stayed in revamped room which was nicely appointed, good bathroom, all good and clean, new fittings etc. Temperature wouldn't go below 27 in room, reception couldn't do anything. Fan (already in room)helped but was not conducive to. good nights sleep. It was 10 degrees colder...More

      Found crumbs, pieces of chocolate and discarded tissue under both beds, issue sorted but shouldn't have been there, room noisy with underground car park close by echoing noise even more, no air conditioning so window had to be open. Dining area floor grubby and sticky...More
