Peeling wallpaper, mould in the bathroom, what looked like old (blood?) Stains on the wall paper. Terrible beds, pillows like sandbags. Room key frequently stopped working Bad overall experience. But the staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms are nothing like the pictures, spent half my time listening to the local mandem booting them front door of reception, my shower nearly burned my fringe and My bathroom door had definitely had a left right good night delivered thoroughly through it’s surface area because there was 3 holes the size of David Hayes right hand In the door, the blonde haired receptionist was an absolute legend, the picture on booking.com is completely different to the room you will stay in Roll safe✌🏼

This hotel is very clean , the room was very spacious with plug sockets all the right places where they needed to be used. Complimentary breakfast was even left outside of the door which included croissant, muffin , orange juice and a apple. So something to put you on . I would stay here again even perfect for groups .

Just spent two nights at this hotel. I actually booked it after reading reviews and actually emailing the hotel twice to check on a few things. I booked the superior room as it was a celebration and wanted it to be nice. Don't get me wrong I know its a 3 star and a budget hotel but cleanliness is a must in these times. The location is good. The bathroom is good . The receptionists were friendly & helpful. However old small frayed bath towels, cobwebs in several places, a sunken settee & ripped curtains are a no no ! Bed was very small & uncomfortable for a double, thought a superior room bed may have been bigger. I actually wanted to change as soon as we got there but my hubby didn't want a fuss !! I've left my review on booking.com and emailed the hotel so I'm awaiting their response.

arrived later than expected back home into newcastle, needed a place to stay. Reception staff were friendly on arrival and the room was clean and tidy when first walked in the room. However the room was very cheap and basic and had paper thin walls so you cold hear alot.
