Do not book with this company, they are not reliable! We have to travel 3 hours for my child’s medical appointments in Newcastle, so to make things easier we always stop the night before to make sure we don’t miss her appointments. I called these apartments about 2 weeks ago to book a room and explained we were travelling up because of my child’s hospital appointment and they was happy to take our booking. We spoke them yesterday to confirm the booking and they confirmed it was booked and we were good to go. This morning as we are getting ready to travel up they call to tell us they have cancelled our apartment because there has been a mix up and they have now booked it out to someone else, even though we booked the apartment first. I now have to try and find alternative accommodation, which isn’t going to be easy as there is already limited availability everywhere because of covid!!

Stayed at these apartments in Newcastle last week. I originally booked the stay on Booking.com for £68. When the country went back into lockdown I received a call asking if I’d still like to stay. Because I work in the city I took up the offer. I was also asked if I’d like to upgrade to a top floor suite with a balcony for an extra £20. I said yes as the photos looked fantastic. When checking in i was charged £125 for the stay. I had paid before I realised that was way over the quoted price and upgrade. I did ask the receptionist if I could have a refund for the difference and she said she didn’t think I could but would check with her manager. The staff are friendly and welcoming but I feel at this point more could have been done to sort out my problem. I went to the apartment to find splatters of blood on a door, and later white dried stains on the headboard. There is a weird, cheap feeling to the place when you actually get to your room. I could imagine it’s great for a bunch of teenagers to stay after a night out in town. I hadn’t heard anything from the manager all night. When I checked out I asked the receptionist if my refund has been sorted and she said it’s all okay, I should get a refund very soon, once it has been signed off by the director of the company. One week later, no refund and a real sour taste left of the one night stay with my girlfriend. If you’re looking to be overcharged, love blood stains on doors and dried white fluids on headboards then this is the place to be.

I had booked & stayed at this beautiful apartment. But with so much going on I had booked the wrong date & not noticing until Beth messsged me to confirm the booking & thankfully wouldn’t of known otherwise. Explained the date I needed & within minutes she understood, changed, booked and the correct date & went the extra mile and out her way to assure me she gave me the best service & booking. For that, she is a valuable team member and I want you guys to know that. She is amazing for what she done, I thank you personally Beth. Take care. Amrit.

Stayed here for one night on business a few weeks ago and it’s a nice clean apartment and girl on check inn was lovely but didn’t use the wall heaters as definitely they are all damaged through heat and that’s a fire hazard and needs addressing and sure the hand sanitizer gel in reception was just water but will never know lol. Would I stay again? Yep if they sort the wall heaters out
