Great stay. Nice 4 poster bed and a lovely garden to relax in. The staff were helpful and there is a car park and a restaurant for convenience. The food was nice too, I highly recommend the lamb shank.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cereals and fruit plus a delicious full English breakfast. Great value from a simple country hotel.

Stayed here for a night as we were attending a wedding at nearby Chippenham Park. I emailed the hotel before our visit to ask whether there was any possibility we could get into our room a little early to change into our wedding finery, and the response came back that the room would probably be ready. We aimed to arrive...

Booked for two nights at the Rosery as it was central for visiting friends around Cambridgeshire and had driven past many times when living in the area. The room was just right with a four poster bed and lovely view of the secluded gardens. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and...

I was really hoping for a night in a nice, perhaps quaint, village pub/hotel. The Rosery management I think are trying...but its not really showing, yet. There's bags of space and plenty to like - with a nice conservatory with a lovely garden - the evening meal was ok - a very passable grilled fish. But 'Wish you a Merry...

Dear Sir thanks for your review ,the internet does work in the room you stayed in but sadly Virgin Media have had problems in the area which i did mention on departure and the newly fitted Wilton Carpet does have a slight smell to it,which we will look to resolve. We have taken your other comments on board and have...

A great little find last week when all the big boys wanted to charge £200 as racing was on at Newmarket. Based around a lovely garden and conservatory this former pub landlord really delivers. Food very good and reasonably priced. Personal touch excellent, with good old fashioned service with a smile, where the big chains lack. We stayed in one...

We found the hotel really easily, and pulled into the large car park. Access to the reception was through the lovely gardens, which were very peaceful. Met by a friendly young man who checked us in and showed us to our room. The hotel was just serving lunch and the restaurant was quite busy. Our room was up a small...

Arrived with friends to this charming hotel. Lunch was served in the conservatory overlooking the gardens. Just cannot fault, staff were friendly and efficient. My main course was beef and it was everything it should be - a generous serving, tasty and tender - large Yorkshire pudding and fresh vegetables. All our friends had nothing but praise for their meals...

I've stayed here quite often whiIe working in the area and find the rooms very clean and well kept. The gardens are immaculate...and picturesque. The best advice I would give is to go for the full English Breakfast - Everything locally produced....and you can tell. Cooked and served to perfection! You would not go far wrong if its a tranquil,...

Stayed 1 night with family and had a delightful stay. Wonderful warm welcome when we arrived and we were shown to the Garden Rooms which were spotlessly clean. Great room with large bathroom and very quiet. Breakfast was first class and all freshly cooked and the staff were great. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel above any other places to stay...
