Mrs Lynne Noble offers immaculate accommodation in a quiet village with views over the parish church to the front and over open fields to the rear. The bed in the Blue Room was very comfortable and beautifully equipped. WiFi reception was very good. The loo is shoehorned into a very small space but functions OK! For breakfast Lynne prepared a...

We went to have breakfast with my sister and hubbie who had stayed the night, which they said was very comfortable and peaceful. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had, so refreshing to have well balanced, energizing food all home made, Lynne Noble even grows all the berries we had. Kitchen is stunning like the rest of the...

We have just returned from a two night break in Suffolk, staying at this lovely B&B. Lynne is a wonderful, welcoming host and willing to offer very useful advice as to what to see and do in the area of which there is plenty. We stayed in the Blue Room which was really comfortable and very well appointed. The en-suite...

This was a gem of a find close to Newmarket set in a small village opposite the church. A warm welcome from Lynne despite our late arrival, with tea and sponge cake. The room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed and crisp white bedding. The little touches like fresh milk and biscuits in the room were appreciated. Breakfast was set...
