From the moment of arrival until departure Peter and Sue are the perfect hosts. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and fresh. There are books in your room detailing local walking trails and places of interest to visit, complimentary bottle of water, corkscrew. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with a large choice of cereals and preserves....

Firstly I would like to say thank you to Peter and Sue for delaying their own afternoon out to enable my partner and I to check in. Yet we were still met with a lovely warm welcome that was more like staying over at a family members house than at a B&B. Our room (the lilac room) was big, spacious...

Really lovely room, very comfortable, great attention to detail and to making your stay thoroughly enjoyable - excellent breakfast! Quiet position off the main road but easy access to the seafront. Made to feel very welcome by the hosts. Helpful guidebooks in the room.

This is definitely a 5 star B&B ! Peter and Sue are charming and welcoming hosts. They have been very thoughtful in making the rooms so well-equipped - we stayed in the Lilac Room which was very light and pleasant. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of storage space, tea & coffee making facilities, good shower, etc etc. Sue's breakfasts have...

We stayed with Peter & Sue for one night recently. It really was an excellent experience. We stayed in the cream room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower hot and the breakfast absolutely delicious. Both Peter & Sue made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return!

34 Lee Road is a lovely place to stay. Our room was well equiped with everything we needed. There were thoughtful extra touches and we wanted for nothing. Breakfast was outstanding, gluten free catered for perfectly. Our hosts, Peter and Sue recommended a lovely restaurant and were very knowledgable about the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

My wife booked 34 Lee Road for my birthday treat just before Christmas and what a delightful place to stay. Sue was very welcoming and the room, we stayed in the Lilac room, was spotlessly clean and well decorated. We ate at Prezo in the evening which was OK but wish we had booked the Windmill as recommended by Sue....

We found 34 Lee Road, as we only wanted a singular overnight stay not minimum 2 nights as per a lot of Aldeburgh hotels. What an absolute gem we stayed in the blue room it is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous all freshly cooked if you wanted and any combination, looking forward to going back next year.

What can I add to my previous reviews of 34 Lee Road.. Nothing but to reiterate what a superb b&b yet again. The cream room spotlessly clean and so comfortable beds. Breakfast amazing! I can not resist the pancakes with bacon and plums and maple syrup! Pete and Sue are such wonderful hosts so welcoming and friendly. I would advise...
