Very high standards, the are rooms bright, clean, and comfortable, spacious, luxurious bathrooms, the hosts very friendly and accommodating, good breakfast. Overall a lovely stay. Not too large but with all the facilities I.e ample parking, Would certainly stay again. Well located for Southwold and other scenic coastal towns and villages.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Swiss Cottage! I find it hard to describe it as a B&B as it is more like a luxury boutique hotel! Heather and Eugene have transformed their home into a delightfully warm and welcoming place to stay that is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is so clean you...

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Swiss Cottage. The owners are very friendly and did their best to make our stay memorable. The whole house is fairly new, built to a high standard, very nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was great, too. Prepared with care and served with a big smile. We can absolutely recommend the...

"Luxury" describes the Swiss Cottage to a tee. We were extremely happy with our choice of accommodation and look forward to a return visit very soon. Heather and Davina made our stay memorable and nothing was too much trouble, what a breakfast!

This must be one of the best B&B experiences I have had. The welcome was warm and friendly, the room very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom spotless. There was more than enough wardrobe and shelf space; we would have had trouble filling it even with two full-size suitcases. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and there was a nice view...

We will ensure that all future guests are made aware of this as well as the mosquito blind....

We recently went to England to visit family and decided to stay at the Swiss Cottages in Aldringham. From start to finish this place was more than we could have expected. Check in was a breeze...we were met at the front door by Heather (owner) and taken to our room. The room was clean, spacious, well decorated and had an...

As a young couple we made a visit to the Swiss cottage for a friends wedding, when we got there we found a nice relaxed atmosphere and got settled in quickly and had friends across the hall. The room was bright and clean and the next morning at breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed every part of our stay and would...

“The room we stayed in is in was a very high standard but it is in the roof and although there is great natural light, good blinds and even a mosquito net over the large skylight, it has a low ceiling and may not suit anyone over 5ft 10, otherwise perfect.”
