Stayed here for a couple of nights to meet up with family I have not seen for a while. Have stayed here before but it was 11 years ago when I used to stay regularly with children. The hotel has expanded since I last stayed into what was a car park area at the front so it is much bigger...

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the past ten years or so and have always found it to be good value for money with friendly and helpful staff, ability to get a good night's sleep, and an excellent value breakfast.

We were warmly welcomed and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Receptionist was very helpful and we booked the dinner/breakfast deal. Dinner was inconsistent: one meal arrived well before the others (we were offered a free drink as compensation), lamb shank was well cooked and tasty but fish and chips were poor. Why do they ask customers to order their...

After a long 6.5 hour drive from the south coast, we received a lovely warm welcome from the staff at the Premier Inn Stockton West. We had requested a disabled room with a wet room and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and the wet room was big enough for a small party to be held in. Very good...

As a couple we have used premier inns on many occasions but have been badly let down for the first time. Everything was to the usual good standard until it came to the breakfast. Went down looking forward to a full breakfast to be confronted with , no plates no black pudding or eggs, bubble and squeak dry, half dozen...

First time at a Premier Inn and we were pleasantly surprised by the good spec of the facilities and the care taken by the staff. There was a noisy festival crowd around that kept 2 of our party awake for a time and the response was immediate apology and a refund on 2 of our 3 rooms. I had read...

We had a two night stay for a friends wedding nearby. We arrived late on a Friday night around 10pm to find a queue of people trying to book in to be told the system had crashed and the receptionist couldn't book people in. She was happy to show you to your room but needed you to return later to...

Hi phastings87 Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. At Premier Inn it is our aim to make our guests feel brilliant through a great night’s sleep, and I apologise that on this occasion your stay and the breakfast service fell far short of your expectations. Very good price. Comfortable bed in a clean room. Lovely power shower the next day. Despite being on a busy road there was no traffic noise. Staff were polite. I had a very good night's sleep and will definitely stay here again.

As always Premier Inn came our expectations rooms clean, staff were very helpful, food was well presented, hot and priced competitively with other restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable although could have done with king size as opposed to the double.

As usual Premier Inn provides a good cheap model to stay for one or two nights. This one is slightly older than some and there is no lift but there are disabled access rooms on the ground floor. Premier Inn always provide a good standard of room - clean, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is in the adjoining restaurant and...
