Usually love premier ins but this one was awful. Ended up sharing a single bed because of how lumpy and uncomfortable mine was and the floor was that disgusting I walked across it once in white socks and they turned black, the bed had food and bottles under it. Won’t be coming back

Really nice hotel. We were in the main building and were impressed with how modern the decor was, the room seemed more slick than others we have stayed in. Very nice vibe and very comfortable bed. We arrived late so and left early so were unable fully make use of our lovely surroundings. Note there were tea / coffee making facilities. One minor downside, when we checked in I asked about booking breakfast as we had prepaid for it, I was brushed off (perhaps as it was 1am) and told to sort it in the morning - in the morning when I queried this again the early shift staff were pretty flabbergasted I hadn’t booked already - I did ask! We stayed in a different hotel the night after this one and were all pretty miserable that we couldn’t be here instead - this will definitely become our new ‘go to’ hotel when in the area.

Spotless Hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in the annex which seems quite new. Big room with a comfy bed. The only downside was how warm the room was with no fan and no way to open the windows. A few choices for food nearby but only a 10 minute walk in to town....although there wasn't much open when we went

We have stayed here in the past we use this premier inn when we go to Alton towers as it’s only 30min drive away this premier inn has two buildings a larger one with reception and a second across the car park the second building has only showers and smaller rooms where the first building has family rooms with baths ( only going off our past stays) the normal premier inn standards rooms clean fresh all COVID rules apply housekeeping not cleaning rooms if more then one night stays understandable given the current Situation if you need more towels tea coffee etc reception will gladly give you extra. we ate in the brewers fayre the food was really good and great prices the menu are in your rooms (disposal)so you can look before you go. all staff hard working and see that you get everything you need, booking is a must as only 50% of the tables are been used, car park is very large had no problem parking at different times you must input your car registration into a tablet in reception but you only have to do this one time for the duration of the stay great stay thank you premier inn

Had a fairly good stay. Only issues I had was that in the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel our room wasn’t cleaned (COVID restrictions maybe?) and we booked the brewer fayre for an evening meal and have to say that my food was awful overcooked. But again for the price I knew what to expect
