You know what you get with Premier Inn. Comfy bed, comfortable room with tea, coffee, TV, hairdryer and shampoo. My room had a walk in shower with no bath. So I suggest you ask if you prefer a bath. The sink was in my room and not in the bathroom. The door gap is quite large so I was woken...

We visit Stoke several times a year and we normally stay either here or at The Premier Inn in Hanley. It's great to see the heated towel rails have been reconnected, we used it everyday to dry our towels but they were replaced with fresh ones daily even though we were happy to reuse the previous days. The TV could...

Usual value, cleanliness and comfort but the bathroom was odd. Wash basin was outside the bathroom, which in itself isn't an issue but there was merely a frosted door separating the bedroom from the lavatory - hardly private!

We have just got back from another lovely stay at The Premier Inn in Trentham, once again the hotel was spotless and the staff are all so lovely and friendly. I would never hesitate to go back again. This stay was the first time we had breakfast and it was lovely we went for the 8.99 which included unlimited everything, full...

Stayed here with my daughter for a dance competition. Got greeted by a friendly male receptionist that tried to help me with keeping me in the same room for my two night stay as I booked and paid for them separately. Another two female receptionist helped me later in the day with my request and were extremely helpful. I would...

We booked three rooms for three couples visiting friends in the area, just for a Saturday night in March. We used the bar for drinks in the evening and the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, all was good. We were all happy with the rooms, beds were comfy and it was peaceful, the temperature could be adjusted but we...

This was a stop off to break a long journey, so we simply booked it to serve a purpose. However, it was an excellent example of a budget hotel. A lovely location, which is well worth investigating, yet also nice and convenient for the M6 motorway. The room was clean and spacious, the bar and restaurant were busy and the...

Had to spend a week in Stoke last month due to my dad being seriously ill in RS hospital. After a false start at a different hotel (not premier) we landed in desperation on Trentham Gardens doorstep. From the start the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculately clean and...

You are supposed to be able to book in from 2 o'clock, well having arrived at just gone 2 we had our first room at just before 3, and the second room at 1630. Don't say you can book from 2 if it can't be guaranteed. Second disappointment with Premier Inn this year, we stayed at one in February and...
