Not one to normally write reviews, myself and family had a really crap day after breaking down on M6 , got to hotel just in time for dinner, only to return to our room and find a beautifully written card and a box of chocolates from staff. What a beautiful gesture, on top of this the hotel was immaculate and...

Had an overnight stay and the room was a good size but very cold when we first arrived, got the heating to work eventually! Bed was lovely and very comfortable but during the night a strange noise stared and carried on most of the night hence a not very good nights sleep! Ample parking a restaurants nearby Didn't have the...

Well up to the standard of Premier Inn hotels I have stayed in elsewhere. Not disappointed in this one. If you want to eat in the 'attached' restaurant in the evening then it would be best to book in advance, This was a last minute stay for me on this occasion and the restaurant was full until after 9pm. There...

the bed was very comfortable. the room was too hot but we did not complain! the staff were all very pleasant. the breakfast had a good choice, could have been kept warmer. overall this is a good place to stay, good value for money.

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting the Ironbridge Gorge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was very comfy. The restaurant on site provided a great breakfast and the staff there were lovely.

Great location and the pub next door was really handy and the food great. Comfy stay in a lovely big room for a great price. We also had to borrow and iron / ironing board from reception which was no problem. Staff friendly and just the ususal great standard we've come to expect.

Very clean, good room and bath/shower. Nice welcome too. Just lacking in character and location is on a business park. Which is great for access but not for looking around. Rooms are large, well furnished and very comfortable.

Hotel is good, restaurant is poor. Especially poor service at breakfast. On a few occasions restaurant looked like it had been ransacked & had to ask for breakfast twice as order had been forgotten or misplaced.

This was our 3rd Premier Inn in 6 days....and by far the best room and comfiest bed. New building sited in an industrial estate area....offices etc. Located minutes from Jn 14 of the M6. Quick and easy to find. Receptionist asked if she could help carry our bags, as we'd booked an accessible room. Asked for extra pillows, and they...
