Good standard of room at some distance from reception (right at the end of the property. Wifi fine, TV good. Bathroom facilities spotless. Parking was in park belonging to the Shire Horse next door but was given overnighgt permit so OK.

Up to Gretna for my daughters wedding so stopped here to break our journey on the way and on the way back. The hotel itself was fine, just what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Clean and comfortable and staff lovely. Compared to other Premier Inns I have been to the breakfast was disappointing. The table we were shown...

This Premier Inn is excellently located for travel and has lots of free parking, so it doesn't matter if you move your car as you will find another space! Check-in/out was fast and friendly. Our family room was really large, very comfortable and clean. There is an excellent old-fashioned country pub next door which will fulfil all your food/drink needs-...

Great little spot on the way through, clean, modern and perfect for our needs. Parking was easy, as was check-in, good price & location near by the main motorway, so we could stop in sleep & go! Our needs were easily met.

Hi Linda Thanks for your review of Premier Inn, Stafford North (Hurricane). I'm so sorry to read that there was noise found to be disturbing you through the night. It's a shame the hotel was full which meant no room change could be offered but we would certainly expect for our team to act on this and try to stop...

I booked this hotel on their non refundable rate for my son and I for one night this week. I discovered after paying that my son needs to go into hospital the day after the intended stay . I contacted their customer services team who agreed immediately to cancel and return my money. I wasn't expecting that .... and was...

Happy with our stay but a but on the expensive side for what you get. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean and a great shower. Location was perfect for as as we were heading south and it's only 2 mins off the M6 Ideal whether traveling north or south to be honest.

We were back in Stafford for a reunion after moving away 12 years previously. We used to pass the Premier Inn on the way to work so it was an obvious choice for a 2 night break. We were a bit concerned on arrival since when walking along the corridor to our room, there were many people going out for...

Great value, nice rooms, nice staff, excellent location for business. Only negative is the rather poor food at the pub next door, however no reflection on hotel. I recommend going out for dinner Into town
