This is very great place to stay in Glastonbury. Gwynnie is very careful, try to provide you with the best impression about staying in this very nice and memorable town. Room is very nice, clean and comfortable. You really feel yourself here as at home. Location of this guest house is also very comfortable for walking to the Tor, Abbey...

I recently stayed at The Apple Tree Guest House in Glastonbury as I was on a course in the town centre - Gwynnie was so very helpful, and allowed me to collect the key first thing in the morning before my course started as I would not be finishing until late the first day, and just so welcoming & helpful...

We have stayed in many Guest houses over the years, this one really did tick all the boxes. Gwinnie was friendly and welcoming with helpful advice about where we might like to eat. The room was spotless with those little exta touches that made it excellent. Breakfast was superb, a decent sausage not one of those horrid pink anemic things...

We stayed here on September 1st! We really felt at home. Our room, Ryannon, was very nice and bright, while giving the street was very quiet. The bed was amazing, very large and soft as a feather. Everything spotlessly clean and breakfast, Englisch breakfast of course, was the most complete and the most beautiful that we have ever made in our...

A lovely guest house with character -- but not so much that it overwhelmed us. I stayed here with a friend. We stayed in the top room, Sophia - a 2 twin bed room with sloping ceilings and large windows that opened easily. Views from the room were nice, a little bit of road noise as it is on the...

Thank you for your review. The Sophia room with its large windows and views of the garden is at the top of the house. The access is up two flights of stairs and most reasonable sized cases are easily managed. However, very heavy cases which are difficult to lift off the ground present more of a problem. We are glad...

Stayed here in May with my wife. The B&B was very easy to find, centrally located but situated in a quite street with great views of the Tor. From here we were able to easily walk to the town centre and the Chalice Well Gardens. We also visited the RSPB site 'Ham Wall' which is only a 15 minute drive...

Thank you for this very positive review. The Rhiannon room has recently been refurbished and is very popular and we are pleased to have your feed back on it. As you say we have a wide variety of birds coming to the garden to feed each day, as well as the squirrels, and it is nice that people comment on...

Perfectly positioned for every Glastonbury attraction this friendly, family-run guesthouse has ample parking (don't pinch Tony's parking space!) is spacious, spotlessly clean and great value. I spent a long weekend here with some close friends and will definitely return. The breakfasts are excellent (cooked by Gwynnie). The only constructive criticism is that the traffic noise is audible when the windows...

Thank you for your brilliant review. We think the Apple Suite is ideal for a group of friends to share and we were pleased you thought so too. Glastonbury is a great place as well for a weekend break or birthday celebration with so many places to see and things to do. Hope you choose it again!

Have just spent a brilliant weekend with friends at Apple Tree Guest House. Tony and Gwynnie certainly go that extra mile to make the stay memorable. Spotless, excellent beds, superb food. If I could give it more than five stars I would, thanks to both of you for a memorable stay.

We stayed at Apple Tree on a cycling trip and arrived filthy and soaking wet after a long ride through heavy rain. Despite our off-putting condition, Gwynnie couldn't have been more welcoming. She relieved us of our sodden clothes and dried them overnight for us. After we'd showered and changed, she gave us a lift in to town and dropped...

What a wet day that was! We were glad to be able to dry you out so you started out the next day feeling good again. We are full of admiration for the effort you make to complete such a gruelling bike ride. Well done! Thanks also for a lovely review.
