Stayed for one night on New Years Day. Arrived late evening to a friendly and professional welcome, quick check in, then to our room. Clean, well equipped room with a big comfy bed, decent shower and bath, and unlike other places we've stayed in, was warm without being stifling hot. Air con is available as the triple glazed Windows don't...

Decent hotel and restaurant for the price and if you're after somewhere to lay your head. Friendly and helpful staff in both hotel and restaurant. Only downside was the the room was very hot at night.

We had 2 rooms just by the A39 but we didn't hear any noise from the road at all. So I would say any room would be good. The staff were friendly and our dinner in the restrain was very good and value for money.

We stayed here in end of December 2016. Good car park and quite easy to find. There is a pub next door that we ate in. Hotel was comfortable and quite. The room was a good size and we had a sofa bed which we used to sit on, even though it was not very comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Just stayed for 3 nights and must say the location and room was spot on and it was great to have the Brewers Fayre right next door where we ate every night and had breakfast. Would definitely recommend, without hesitation.

Stayed here on carnival night , have been here before and had never had a problem. However this time I was put in one of the newly refurbished rooms. The ones that have the gold headboard and big flat screen tv. Room was about £119 for carnival night. The bed however seemed like an old mattress, staff said it was...

Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It's a shame to hear about the issues you experienced during your visit to the Glastonbury hotel, especially as it was your birthday! All of our beds are supplied by the award winning Hypnos, so it is a surprise to learn that you found your bed in the...

Very good room and helpful staff. This is our third visit having stayed for Christmas 2014 and a summer visit in 2016. Good location for walks and historic Glastonbury. Brewers Fayre is next to hotel and other pubs within walking distance.

The helpful attitude of all the staff we had contact with was the best thing. Large rooms, well designed, excellent beds. Details like the kettle connection point well planned. Easy to find and easy parking.

Stayed here for 2 nights just before Christmas and couldn't fault it. Nicely appointed bedroom, very clean, king-size bed with really pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent value being very reasonably priced. Can recommend and would certainly stay here again.
