I rarely review places I've stayed, but this B&B is outstanding. The comfortable house has been built on the site of Dion Fortune's temple at the foot of the famous Tor and across the street from Chalice Well and Gardens. There are 4 rooms; we stayed in the green room that overlooks the Well gardens. The first floor has an...

Nestled in at the Base of theTor and perched just high enough above street level overlooking the 'peace gardens' known at Chalice Well, Berachah has to be the most well appointed B&B in Glastonbury. Within minutes it boasts not 2 but 4 of Glastonbury's most popular tourist attractions - in addition to the aforementioned, it has the well known Glastonbury...

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending the night in the lovely Lilac Room. This is the best place in all Glastonbury in my opinion. It overlooks the Chalice Well Garden and is tucked into the slope of the Tor. The White Spring is only a few steps up Well House Lane and the sound of the Red...

I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere that is as tranquil and inviting as Berachah. I stayed in the Lilac room which is situated on the ground floor so is ideal for anybody suffering from mobility problems. This room has a double bed, en-suite, small kitchen and it's own little patio with a large wooden table and 2 chairs....

This place is one of the best places to stay in Glastonbury! Jan, the owner, is a very loving, gentle being and she was very helpful. Everything was so graceful and easy. The rooms are lovingly decorated, from the kitchen you can overlook the chalice well garden! The most amazing thing with Berachah is that the house is built on...

I had a longish stay at Berachah in August this year. Loved every moment of it. I looked out over the garden in the mornings and evenings and had a wonderful view of the countryside at the breakfast table. I liked being able to get my own breakfast, when I felt like it. Well stocked kitchen and it was nice...

I had an extended stay here in between moving house and what a delightful gem of a Guest House it is. It's away from the hub-bub of Town, yet only around 15 minutes walk to the High Street and Abbey. Very relaxing and peaceful with superb views over the Somerset Levels and Chalice Well Gardens. Each room is tastefully decorated...

My daughter and I shared the Green Room which looks out over the Chalice Well on the opposite side of the street. It was very restful, and had a simple shower and bathroom. Just across the hall was the common kitchen with views out into the countryside of Glastonbury. Every morning we made our own breakfast which was a delight....

Delightful ensuite room also with a nice touch of an ensuite kitchenette. Colour and interior decor really creative and relaxing. Communal breakfast room and selfserve kitchen well stocked and offers a wide choice. Good sized communal lounge with all mod cons, including large flat screen TV. All in all a great place to stay in Glastonbury (in the shaddow of...

I recently spent a few days in the Blue room at Berachah guest house, in Glastonbury. It was very comfortable, pleasant and peaceful. The outlook from the breakfast room is beautiful, with Challice Well gardens just over the road, and further in the distance dairy cows grazing in the fields. It is very handy to Challice Well gardens, and also...
