Stayed for 1 night in one of the four poster bedrooms. Check in was quick and there is a car park for guests which is easy to access. Beautiful room with tea/coffee making facilities but a lot of hotels include complimentary bottles of water to drink or for filling the kettle which would have been nice. Not much choice for...

Stayed here 5th April for one night, in the "monks cell" room. Lovely room, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We had our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel, all the food seemed freshly cooked and quick pleasant service. Great atmosphere in the bar during the evening. All the staff were friendly and would definitely be my first...

My wife and I stayed here on 1/4/2017. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quirky and full of character although the bathroom door would not close. There was a band playing in the bar, which we weren't expecting on booking but the music was pretty good and the atmosphere was friendly and lively! The music finished before...

Welcome was pretty dismissive however our room was full of character. The four poster bed which looked small was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom was a bit smelly of damp and the ceiling was peiling but the shower was nice and powerful. Location was great breakfast pretty basic.

My friend and I booked two nights at this hotel. We are interested in the paranormal and stayed in the Monks Cell and yes it is an active room. The staff were great and really made us feel welcome. The manager Dave is a friendly man who has got his staff working as a happy team. The free breakfast was...

Fantastic stay at this medieval hotel. Beds were so comfortable we slept really well. Staff were very friendly and helpful as were the locals we came upon in the bar area. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

I stayed here for my birthday with my Australian fiancé in December. I have been to Glastonbury so many times and I have eaten in here once with my mum but never actually stayed until now. We were blown away with all the original features of the building and beautiful antique furniture and decor. The room we stayed in overlooked...

Popped in for lunch. Rude barman who when I asked if I could have chips with my order said no-crushed potatoes. I asked why - "cos it's what my manager says". Well done--- 2 non returning customers vcccccccc .

spent Valentine's day with my boyfriend here - had a lovely time. Pub is great, local ale and cider. Food is yummy, he had faggots and I had sausages. Bedroom was ample and comfortable (my boyfriend said it was too hot in there despite the windows open and the heater off, but I felt temperature was ok). 15th century with...

Beautiful hotel and loved our room - we had room 15. We both found the room warm, quite and cosy. The price is good value for the history and beauty of the place, and the bed was soooo comfy I stept like a baby. We were also impressed by the breakfast, my vegi breakfast was lovely. The hotel is right...
