Staying in Dunster for the week and decided to head to the Foresters for an ale and some food in the evening. Absolutely spot on if you fancy some honest pub grub and some local ales. Landlord and staff were fantastic, very friendly place complete with a chatty parrot. Got some insight on the area and various ales to try...

Came here for lunch during a visit to Dunster, a lovely pub full of character and pleasant staff. Nice choice of food on offer, good prices too. And a mischievous parrot too :-) Could do with a menu on the outside, might entice a few more folks in, as it is a nice environment inside.

Stopped in for lunch with the family. The barman was very friendly and helpful and good with the kids. Food was cheap, served quickly and one of the better pub meals we've had. Highly recommended when in Dunster.

We had a very comfortable stay here. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food is very tasty - great cooked breakfast!! Good dog friendly B&B. Dunster itself is a lovely olde worlde village and if you are a fan of flowers the "dream garden" is a must to visit.
