Very enjoyable stay with warm welcome and friendly service throughout. Really appreciated the use of the parking permit which made our trip less stressful and expensive. Great access to town center, good value for money, lovely breakfast and cosy room. We will definitely be returning!

Just returned from a couple of lovely days in Bath staying at the most fantastic B and B. The Russet room we stayed in was extremely clean and the bed and duvet really comfortable and cosy. Ling the hostess was so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. The baileys and chocolate was also a nice added touch!...

We have just returned from a fantastic weekend in Bath, made all the more special by Ling and Apple Tree Guesthouse. We stayed in the Bramley room which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Some extra touches, like a glass of Baileys and chocolate in our room were so nice. The cooked breakfast was the best I've ever had and...

This B&B was utterly incredible! Ling, the owner, was the friendliest, most helpful and welcoming person I've met. The rooms were not only warm and cosy, the cleanliness of the whole B&B was outstanding. Breakfast was incredible, with a full menu of options as well as a help yourself table of juices, cereals, fruit salads and toast (+ toppings). There...

Great stay in a lovely room (Bramley) at Apple Tree. The room was beautifully decorated, with a large comfortable bed and a generous modern shower room. The cleanliness, decor and finish of the room is impeccable. There were some very welcome extra touches, like the variety of tea, coffee and hot drinks (and a completely unexpected but very lovely surprise...
