Charming, clean, very comfortable. The owner, Ling, knows how to treat her guests. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we had a wonderful time talking to her and the other guests. Walking distance to town, yet very quiet at night. Extremely comfortable bed and nicely appointed room. Stay there; you won't be sorry!

Close to the main town attractions, we enjoyed a very good experience. We stayed 2 nights in 2 lovely rooms. Neat and tidy, well decorated and with a high standard. The food was delicious and the menu for breakfast was large and not common. Nice exchange with the owner A lovely place to stay

Great location very near the centre of Bath but in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the tourist hustle. The room was very clean and supplied with coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits as well as bath products, iron & board, fan and heater. Ling provided us with a good rundown of local details and quickly got out of our way...

What can one say... They don't come any better than Apple Tree Guest House... Ideal location literally five minute stroll from Bath Centre, so not affected by the night time revellers & guests of Bath City Centre... Ling our proprietor and charming homely host was very welcoming and professional in her manner. She had a great knowledge of Bath city...
