This was our third time staying at The Apple tree and as usual we had a wonderful time. The rooms are modern and fresh, the breakfast is delicious and Ling is so accommodating. It's a short walk into Bath and tucked away on a quiet street so you can get a good nights sleep. Will definitely be back soon!

Very comfortable stay with wonderful breakfast. Flat walk into city centre. Informative and welcoming hosts. Spotlessly clean. Twin room very spacious and had all amenities listed. My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We would thoroughly recommend Apple Tree as a lovely B and B in Bath. Very close to the centre and with parking which is rare. The owners were extremely helpful in making our trip one to remember. Good breakfast choice but it was the little extras that were lovely to make our stay special!

I recently stayed here with my 16 yr old daughter for three nights. I would highly recommend! Upon booking we received an email from Ling and one again before our stay to see what time we were arriving and if we had any special requests. This included arranging our parking which was vital as all roads seem to need parking...

Such a lovely property and our host made us feel so welcome. She has turned this house into a lovely warm B&B and a nice showcase for the artwork she has collected over the years. Very nicely appointed rooms and the breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended....

We were welcomed by Ling who provided us with information on local attractions and amenities including a map of the city with a discount card to use in various places. The room was fairly small but lovely and airy, very comfortable with attention to detail and everything that you would need for your stay. Great choice of breakfast with vegetarian...

Ling was very welcoming and accommodated us arriving before the regular midday check in. We had the smallest room at the back of the house but it was still perfectly comfortable for us. The rooms are modern and had everything we needed, and we particularly appreciated the Baileys and Green & Blacks chocolate waiting for us when we returned from...

We had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the Apple Tree. Our room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent every day, and we were just a short walk away from many of the areas we wanted to visit while in Bath. If we go back to Bath for another visit, the Apple Tree will certainly be at the...

We only managed to squeeze one night into Bath which was a shame. But so pleased we spent that night at Apple Tree. Ling was quite direct when we first arrived but quickly relaxed and was actually one of the most genuine and interested people we stayed with in three months in Europe. Ling actually gave us a free upgrade...
