Very enjoyable stay, fresh fruit and smoked salmon for breakfast were my favourite and went down very well. The sleep quality was also very good. the hosts were very nice and so were other guests. Just right.

We chose to stay in a guest house as we don't like big chain hotels and find guest houses are much more interpersonal and friendly. Robin house certainly lived up to our expectations, Anna was so welcoming and friendly, she chatted to us over breakfast and made us feel vert welcome. She gave us advice on where to go and...

As I do not like large, impersonal hotels this small guest house was just right what I was looking for. Charmant hotel et proprietaires. Very clean and cosy. Not too far from the city centre. The city is also charming and welcoming everywhere you go people are happy to speak to you and help you.

Definitely not 4 star accommodation. Overpriced , poorly located and rude staff . Cobwebs in room , and you're not allowed to wear shoes . Weird . Would definitely not stay again . Cheaper , cleaner , friendlier accommodation nearby .

The owners really put some attention to details and great service. The breakfast is delicious and my stay was very pleasant. Besides, the location is superb: just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bath. Excellent B&B.

My first stay in a guest house in Bath - and a most enjoyable one too. The friendly welcome was followed by the sight of a most delightful room with suitable facilities. The shared bathroom was spotless. The host served a great and varied breakfast and was most attentive to my needs without over doing it. Top marks!

Bath is an expensive place for accommodation in general, but Roban House is still a bit more expensive than other B&Bs there. For this price, we would expect a five star service. Our room had an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, however we were told upon arrival that "we don't have the facilities" for people to have baths,...
