I stayed at Lynwood for three nights. The room was comfortable with a friendly welcome. I was made to feel welcome and Christian took an interest in my visit, whilst talking, over breakfast each morning. Lynwood is a 5-9 minute walk to the city centre, depending on your walking speed; with the city offering lots to suit all. Had particularly...

A wonderful, personal breakfast; good conversation; a clean room—what more could you want? The facilities were all terrific, but it was really the kindness of the family who runs the guest house that made this exceptional.

I travel to Bath every year for the International Music Festival and Lynwood is easily the most friendly, comfortable and peaceful guest house I have stayed in in 10 years. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made my stay a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable and my...

It's like staying with your relatives. Christain and Roz provide a relaxing atmosphere where you feel at home. Do make it for breakfast......it's better than eating out. Speaking of location....you couldn't be closer to the heart of Bath....a beautiful walk.

Lynwood Guest House is the ideal place to stay if you're visiting Bath. It is only a 5 - 10 minute walk to practically everywhere; parking is free; the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable; the food is great; and Christian and Roz are the perfect hosts. Why go anywhere else?!

Lynwood offers a very warm welcome from host Christian. It is in the perfect location for walking into town, while being very quiet at night (although there is a handy pub round the corner). We opted out of breakfast as there are plenty of lovely places to eat and Lynwood provides a comprehensive local guide to eating and drinking (and...

As with all of the other reviews a great place to stay. Only a short walk to the heart of bath but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Christian was a perfect host, very welcoming and forthcoming with his knowledge and tips of the area. Rooms large and clean but could do with updating - perfectly adequate but...

We were very impressed with Lynwood. Christian and Roz were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and well furnished. The guest house is in a quiet street, but in convenient walking distance of the town centre, which meant we could enjoy the nightlife but I slept like a baby. Christian even helped us lug...

Located in a quiet street, within easy walking distance from the station and the centre of Bath. I was doing a "nostalgia" visit, meeting up with some friends from my nursing days, and this excellent B & B was well within my budget. I opted out of breakfast (nice to find a place where you can do that) as I...
