I stayed here for two nights during the week. The room was large, with the huge bed filling most of the room. Room also had air conditioning which was a bonus. Was very pleased by the small cake left in the room and the amenities. The shower was very good and bathroom particularly clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant...

We stayed for 3 nights and felt like we were staying at an old friend's home. We felt so well taken care of. The room was very comfortable, the location very close to the center of the city and breakfast could not be beat. Thank you to Sandra and Tony for a wonderful weekend!

I picked this B & B from reviews on Tripadvisor and couldn't have picked a better place. A wonderful homely and peaceful house, the rooms are extremely well furnished with comfortable beds, and lovely touches like hand-made cake & biscuits in the rooms. Oh my goodness, what can I say that does Tony justice. I have stayed in many b&bs over the years but Chestnuts (and Tony) are very special. Before my friend and I even arrived he had answered many questions with patience and enthusiasm. We had room 3. Beautiful size with one double and one single bed along with seating and...

Just had two days in Bath. Lovely city, even better slightly off season although from the weather you would not have known it. We stayed at the Chestnuts House b&b with delightful little garden, near Henrietta park. Very central to the city but also tranquil. It is well and comfortably appointed and attentive reception etc. I was prepared to give...

This certainly fitted the bill! Very welcoming & clean with tasteful deco. Lovely room (photos included in review), dual aspect windows, and great attention to detail! The...

Stayed here for two nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary and had an amazing time. The room was spotless and had so many extras. Very close to town etc, about 10 min stroll. Tony was so helpful and thoughtful, from drawing us a map to town and places of interest to putting our bottle of bubbly on ice. Breakfasts were...
