A 2 night "classic" break in this Hand Picked group hotel. Stayed in executive room which was in the modern block but absolutely fine with a huge comfortable bed and all the facilities we needed. All staff were first class, very helpful, cheery and prepared to go the extra mile! Highlight was dinner in the Cloisters restaurant ....good choices on...

We've just returned from a short break at the Bailbrook House. The hotel is clean, very well maintained and all the staff are extremely friendly and obviously well trained. The breakfasts were excellent, and food arrived promptly on the three days we were there. The hotel is situated approximately 2 miles from Bath and had excellent parking. Taxis were approximately...

We arrived too early for our room but had already pre-booked Sunday lunch in the cloisters. The setting was lovely, food and service very good. I was surprised so few people were there. The old part of the hotel is very grand but we were in the new wing. It did not really matter as there were glass corridors to...

We returned here for Sunday lunch in the beautiful Cloisters Restaurant. Just love this setting. Very good 3 course lunch, great staff. Highly recommend. Last time we came here it was evening and the candles give a wonderful atmosphere, this time it was great to visit during the day and enjoy the amazing views of Bath.
