Great atmosphere and fun. El looked after us an absolute treat. Clearly someone that loves her job and is a credit to the establishment. Even showed us a great time around the town on a merry evening.

Is a well located hostel, very nice and friendly service, the installations are very comfortables. They have only 2 showers but I can't complain, everything is so clean and cosy. They served a simple but nice breakfast. I'm very happy with this hostel :) Recommended!!! Live the life.

Stayed here for a night in Bath on January 2016. It was winter time. I read one review that said it was hard to find the building as there is no clear sign. Which is true. But it wasn't that hard. The reception is inside the pub, so just look for the pub and you are good. The guy at...

We stayed here last week bed was really comfy, but the toilets/shower area were filthy. Breakfast wasn't at all what I was expecting either didn't seem worth the money we paid for the private room when we have paid the same in other locations got a cooked breakfast and one towel to share between two of us!! And if we...

I visited bath last year on my solo trip to England and happened to stay in this hostel. Must say I was glad I chose this and it was a last minute decision. It was at a very convenient place and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast served was really good as well. Highly recommend

Reception is at the back of a cool pub I know well! It's a quite poorly manned desk though, the staff seemed uninterested and scattered. The sleeping quarters were next door where there was a set of steep stairs covered in furniture... Slight fire and fall risk there. We paid a ok price for a double room which was comfy...

My friend and I decided to stay an extra night in Bath, so booked in here. Price was cheap (have to put in a deposit for things like towels, hair dryers, etc), the room was clean and it's in the heart of the city. Recommended for those who don't mind people coming/going late (travellers, party-goers, etc). If you're not keen...

It really depends on your luck. If some drunk ppl scream and go crazy on the street at 2 am, bless you. But the facilities are not bad, wifi is good, staff friendly, and the breakfast is okay, worthwhile for the price. Annoying things are that you need to press a button continuously when taking shower, and there's no luggage...

This place was not to my preference, and the only way I can rationalize it is that I got it for cheap (though we found similarly-priced hostels that were far more decent). The 14-bed dorm was overcrowded (obviously), but also noisy. People came and went as they wished, were really drunk and loud, and even indecent at times. The bathrooms...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
St Christopher's Inn Hostel, Bath is the most central backpacker base in the city. Bath Abbey, the ancient Roman Baths, the modern-day hot spring spa and the famed Royal Crescent are all within minutes of our Bath hostel. Add to that the many boutique British shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants lining the cobbled streets of this quintessentially British city, and you're in sight-seeing heaven! Bath is a perfectly preserved Georgian city in the South-West of England with oodles of history and a lively ambience too. You certainly won't be lost for something to do during your trip. People from all over the world travel to Bath to see the ancient Roman Baths, the history of Jane Austin and the many museums, parks, theatres, canal paths, and trekking trails! Better yet Stonehenge is only a stone's throw away from St Christopher's Inn Hostel, Bath. Visiting Stonehenge is always an experience, as you marvel at the sheer magnitude of these great stones and join the debate as to why they're there. Bath is also an excellent base to explore the quaint and traditional English villages that make up the surrounding Cotswolds. ... more   less
